چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش شخصیت فعال و جو عاطفی خانواده در بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان با میانجیگری خودتنظیمی رفتاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه شیراز بود که از میان آنها، ۳۰۰ نفر به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل مقیاس شخصیت فعال (باتمن و کرانت، ۱۹۹۳)، پرسشنامه جو عاطفی خانواده (هیلبرن، ۱۹۶۴)، فرم کوتاه خودتنظیمی رفتاری (میلر و براون، ۱۹۹۹) و مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی (ریف، ۱۹۸۹) بود. دادهها با استفاده از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و آزمون بوتاسترپ و با بهرهگیری از نرمافزارهای SPSS-24 و AMOS-24 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر مستقیم شخصیت فعال و جو عاطفی خانواده بر بهزیستی روانشناختی، و همچنین اثر آنها بر خودتنظیمی رفتاری معنیدار است. افزون بر این، مسیرهای غیرمستقیم این دو متغیر بر بهزیستی روانشناختی از طریق خودتنظیمی رفتاری نیز از نظر آماری معنیدار بودند. یافتههای این پژوهش بر اهمیت نقش عوامل فردی و خانوادگی در ارتقای بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان تأکید دارد. بر این اساس، تقویت ویژگیهای شخصیتی همچون شخصیت فعال و بهبود فضای عاطفی خانواده میتواند از طریق افزایش مهارت خودتنظیمی، زمینهساز ارتقای سلامت روانی در دانشجویان باشد.
The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between proactive personality and family emotional Climate in the psychological well-being of college students, with the mediating role of behavioral self-regulation. The statistical population consisted of all undergraduate students at Shiraz University, from which 300 participants were selected through a multistage cluster random sampling method. The instruments used in this study included the Proactive Personality Scale (Bateman & Crant, 1993), the Family Emotional Climate Questionnaire (Hilburn, 1964), the Short Form of the Behavioral Self-Regulation Questionnaire (Miller & Brown, 1999), and the Psychological Well-Being Scale (Ryff, 1989). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and bootstrap analysis via SPSS-24 and AMOS-24. The results indicated that the direct effects of proactive personality and family emotional Climate on psychological well-being, as well as their effects on behavioral self-regulation, were statistically significant. Moreover, the indirect effects of these two variables on psychological well-being through behavioral self-regulation were also found to be significant. These findings highlight the importance of both individual and familial factors in promoting psychological well-being among college students. Accordingly, enhancing personality traits such as proactive personality and improving the family emotional Climate may foster psychological well-being by strengthening behavioral self-regulation skills.
