رابطهی سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری با اعتیاد به گوشیهای هوشمند در دانشجویان: نقش میانجی سبک دلبستگی

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری با اعتیاد به گوشیهای هوشمند در دانشجویان با نقش میانجی سبک دلبستگی بود. روش تحقیق مطالعه حاضر توصیفی همبستگی (از نوع معادلات ساختاری) بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد سمنان در سال 1403 بود. از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس استفاده شده و نمونهای به حجم 344 نفر براساس جدول مورگان انتخاب گردید. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل مقیاس سیستمهای مغزی/ رفتاری کارور و وایت (BIS, BAS)، پرسشنامه اعتیاد به تلفن همراه ژائو و پرسشنامه سبک دلبستگی کولینز و رید (RAAS) است که توسط شرکتکنندگان تکمیل شد. برای تحلیل دادهها ازطریق نرمافزارهای SPSS نسخه 25 و AMOS نسخه 25 با استفاده از آزمونهای نرمالیتی، همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. یافتهها نشان دادند که سیستم بازداری رفتاری با اعتیاد به گوشیهای هوشمند رابطه مثبت و سیستم فعالساز رفتاری با اعتیاد به گوشیهای هوشمند رابطهی منفی دارد. همچنین، سبکهای دلبستگی نزدیکی (Closeness) و اضطرابی (Anxiety) به ترتیب با اعتیاد به گوشیهای هوشمند رابطه منفی و مثبت داشتند. مدل ساختاری پژوهش تأیید کرد که سبکهای دلبستگی بهعنوان میانجی در رابطه بین سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری و اعتیاد به گوشیهای هوشمند عمل میکنند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری و سبکهای دلبستگی نقش مهمی در اعتیاد به گوشیهای هوشمند ایفا میکنند. این یافتهها میتوانند به توسعه مداخلات روانشناختی برای کاهش اعتیاد به گوشیهای هوشمند و بهبود سلامت روان دانشجویان کمک کنند.
